    I buy books all year round and hand them out for halloween with candy and in my kids stockings. They love it when I throw a “cool” book in there bag or stocking. The star wars books are great in our house. Definitely Wookiee Pies, Clone Scones, and Other Galactic Goodies would be one to give out.

    I love the idea of the #GiveBooks campaign. I am constantly trying to find new books to instill a love of reading in my students. This will be a great way to do that!

    I always give books as gifts 🙂 I just saw a fantastic idea to do 25 days of books where you give a stack of 25 individually wrapped books to someone and they open one book a day every day from December 1st-25th 🙂 I may be doing that this year!

    I have always been the “book giver” in our family….mostly because it is the gift I most enjoy receiving. Any of the books from the Ivy and Bean series make amazing gifts.

    I love encouraging and seeing kids with books in their hands, so I find giving books as gifts is a wonderful idea. Book giving is terrific,as Tony the tiger would say.

    As a bookseller I am constantly suggesting books, but one I always try to make sure I suggest for kids is Lemony Snicket’s “A Series of Unfortunate Events”. I grew up reading them, and am now mildly obsessed.
