While trying to escape the persistent class bully, Noah discovers several mysterious, metallic puzzle pieces lying on the ground. Beside them are the glasses of his missing science teacher and mentor, Mr. Porter. As Noah fits the pieces together he disappears through a portal into a mystifying world filled with creatures and adventures beyond all imagination.

His first instinct is to find a way back home, but Noah suspects there may be a link between this strange world and Mr. Porter’s disappearance. Throughout his search for Mr. Porter and his journey to find a way back home, Noah learns the nameless world is in trouble and finds himself a pivotal player in the struggle to save it.

The Nameless World offers children more than just an exciting story.  Author, Heather Payer-Smith shares, “I really believe in the messages the book contains regarding two important issues kids face today- bullying and environmental awareness. Both topics presented in the book are subjects in which kids need to gain insight and understanding to make better decisions regarding their own actions and choices.  While The Nameless World is very much about Noah’s adventures, the story is presented in a way that kids can learn a little about themselves and the world around them while reading.”
