I would like to win this book because I think my granddaughters would enjoy it. When the kids need to calm down and focus, we get up and jump and wiggle and dance for a few minutes. Then sit down and take several deep breaths to calm back down and try again to focus.

Because five little boys under the age of five could learn these skills now, so they’ll grow up getting along better even when things aren’t going the way one of them might like. Then the skills learned could even be used as adults.
