Publisher: Imagination Publishing Group (December 19, 2008)

“Danny the Dragon was an idea I had that I just could not put out of my mind. It evolved when I slept, drove, looked at a child, walked by a child, or even looked at the sky. It was developing beyond my control, and I loved the anticipation of creating the first book Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy and the series. While the lovable characters deliver a message of the importance of kindness, sharing, caring and making friends, the series fulfills a passion of mine to delight children and their families with some magic, the spirit of fun and imagination, which I feel really should be preserved in every child at all stages. I truly believe there is no reason the “flame of life” should burn out just because we grow older and have to take on more responsibilities.”

– Tina Turbin, award-winning author of the Danny the Dragon series, humanitarian, artist, researcher: http://DannyTheDragon.com

“I discovered Danny the Dragon right after my daughter and I had run across several books with some scary images and concepts and she’d had nightmares several nights in a row! We were desperately in need of a sweet, fun, imaginative non-scary book…and we found it with Danny! Her eyes were so wide and interested as I read her the story and she explored every inch of the page with the fun colorful drawings. She was totally engaged and we both loved it!
