Author Showcase: The Boy Who Wouldn’t Sit Still

Self-Published Kids BookChildren are delightful. Children are funny. Children – and boys in particular – seem to never sit still!

The goal of this book was to take some fun rhyming text, match it up with some lively illustrations and share with the reader (and the read-to) a day in the life of one little boy and his rabbit sidekick. If you smile or giggle or think for one second, “I can relate to that!” then our goal has been achieved.

We’ve been thrilled to receive wonderful testimonials and reviews so far for the book – as The Midwest Book Review said this year, “‘The Boy Who Wouldn’t Sit Still‘ is a delightful book about a boy whom most of us know already (and love). What makes ‘The Boy Who Wouldn’t Sit Still‘ so charming and unusual is the innocent literalness of his responses to others in his life. It is a wonderful book for kids 3 and up and parents, caretakers and teachers of kids age 3 and up. Even girls like it!

The book is available on Amazon.com, Baker and Taylor and Follett Library Resources as well as on the website: www.theboywhowouldntsitstill.com
