POOR LOUIE is a hilariously relatable book for children (and if they could read, pets!). Louie echoes what many children are sure to think as preparations are being made for a new addition.
Charlotte and the Rock, by Stephen W. Martin, is sweet and funny with a dark little twist (sorry Mom and Dad, the joke’s on you!) that children and parents will get a kick out of.
Mr. Fuzzbuster Knows He’s The Favorite, by Stacy McAnulty, makes a great addition to any child’s library – especially if they have a beloved pet. Highly recommended.
Winnie: The True Story of the Bear Who Inspired Winnie-the-Pooh, with its engaging plot and appealing illustrations, should be every parent's go-to choice when introducing nonfiction to children.
In a courageous debut novel, Holly M. McGhee explores the loss that shakes one girl’s world — and the unexpected consequences of the things we do for love.
