In a very creative and engaging manner, the author addresses the issues of anxiety in young children. She draws upon her own training and experience as a child psychiatrist in addressing this very common, yet difficult issue.

Nellie worries about everything. What if she misses her bus for school in the morning? What if she falls off the jungle gym? What if she others laugh at her? What if her mom didn’t come home after work? What if she needs to go on a plane? What if she needs to go on a train? Her worries are endless. With the help of Dr. NoFear, Nellie learns to address her worries and fears. She learns about anxiety and ways to overcome her worries.

About the Author

Dr. Urmila Pai, M.D. is a double board certified adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She trained at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, and currently maintains a private practice in Long Island, NY.
