    About the Author

    Brian Cox, Ph.D, is a particle physicist, Royal Society research fellow and professor at the University of Manchester, as well as a researcher on one of the most ambitious projects on earth, the ATLAS experiment on the Large hadron Collider in Switzerland. He is best known to the public as a science broadcaster and presenter of the hugely popular series Wonders of the Solar System, Wonders of the Universe and Wonders of Life.
