We accept submissions from publishers, authors, illustrators, and publicists. Submissions are evaluated based on the following particulars: literary value, illustrative quality, and over-all presentation. Our reviews are always positive because we only appraise those books with the strongest potential impact on the reader. The editorial and reviewing staff of TCBR does not receive compensation for the reviews it provides. We pride ourselves on being thorough and honest. TCBR will openly disclose any conflicts of interest, if these should arise.
