    Brushing-TeethWhat is this story about?

Do you know anybody who simply refuses to brush his or her teeth? Meet Marvin, a naughty little boy who thinks that brushing teeth is a waste of time, despite of his mother’s constant reminders. He soon learns that something is very wrong on the very first day of Kindergarten when nobody, not even the school pet,  wants to talk or be friends with him! He has very disturbing and shocking dreams about little green wriggling monsters playing on yellow rocks and these are actually creatures that are living in his mouth! With the help of Mr. Polish and Mr. Pasty who appear in Marvin’s dream, they find the perfect  way to get rid of these creatures. In the end, Marvin emerges with a bright smile and confidence to make many new friends.

This picture book is perfect  for kids ages 2-5, by teaching them the importance of dental hygiene with  Mr. Polish acting as the toothbrush and Mr. Pasty as toothpaste. “Brushing Teeth With Mr. Polish and Mr. Pasty” teaches young children that brushing teeth is very essential to making a great first impression and making new friends. With fun rhymes and delightful illustrations, this book is an appealing story with a clever, yet subtle lesson that both kids and parents will enjoy.
