    The Children’s Book Review

Don’t Wake the Dragon is a fantastic, interactive bedtime story featuring a sound-asleep dragon who, under no circumstances, is to be woken up!

Designed to be read aloud and interacted with, parents will take pleasure in the playful text as much as children will enjoy gently rocking the book from side to side as they sing the dragon a lullaby.

Publisher’s Synopsis: Shhh! Be very quiet. The rascally dragon is finally asleep. But, when the page turned, the breeze blew the door shut with a BANG! Did it wake up the dragon? Create a fantastic bedtime experience by reading this interactive story featuring a reluctant-to-sleep dragon—a character that children will surely relate! Designed to be read aloud, parents will take pleasure in the playful text as much as children will enjoy hearing it. When the story finally comes to an end, and the gentle lullaby is repeated, the dragon – and your child! – are encouraged to drift off to sleep.

I want to win this giveaway because the book look really cute, so I think the children in the family would want to read it. I’ve also read reviews for this book elsewhere and the other reviewers highly recommended it. Kids in the family love books, so I know they would enjoy it. The sleep training alarm clock looks really neat, too.

The most common excuse from my son at bedtime is “I’m hungry”. Nine times out of ten, he’s fallen asleep with whatever food I give him in his hand. It’s like he confuses hunger with exhaustion.
