I would give the prize to my granddaughter who loves books. As to sharks, I have no problem with them as long as we are able to keep our distance from each other–more than social distancing!

My two-year-old grandson has loved anything “shark” since he fell in love with the “Baby Shark” song in daycare!!!! I just know I need this prize … hahaha….. because it would make me THE BEST GRANDMOMMY in the whole world!!! I like sharks, from a distance, as my hubby is a biologist and he’s taught me to appreciate (almost) all of the beauties of nature. I, too, like someone above just want to keep a more-than-social-distance distance away from them!!!

Personally for me (Mom) sharks both terrify and fascinate me. I love to watch documentaries about them; but I’m truly terrified of being even waist deep in the ocean.
I have not put that fear onto my daughter, I want her to learn freely. ❤

My grandson is 4 and would love this book as a former teacher my granddaughter who is 19 has taken my grandson so many times to the ocean and talked many times about the fish and sharks the good and the bad. I would love for my grandson to actually see for himself a shark on the book and read the wonderful story as he loves books and already has 2 book shelves full and has the man who he calls dad read to him and then will go into Kayley room and Kaycey will have her come into his room and read the final book his brain is such a sponge and loves to take books for show and tell and makes sure when he leaves that the book goes home across the bridge . He lives in Oakland and is taken to Sf for school. It is great for me a former teacher to watch and listen to him.
