It was a pleasure to see my book MuuMoo Rimas de animales/Animal Nursery Rhymes included in your list of poetry books. Collecting the traditional rhymes in Spanish and publishing them with new English versions has been a joy. These poems have survived through the centuries delighting thousands of children. Young children of today deserve access to this treasury. The positive reception of our previous collections of traditional rhymes Pio Peep and Mama Goose, and of Christmas Carols in Merry Navidad inspired Isabel Campoy and I to continue developing books and CDs of this nature. Of course, we also enjoy creating our poetry. Salta, saltarin will be released later this spring to join many other poetry books that can be found in my website. May poetry be part of each child’s life every day. All best wishes to all who read this comment. Alma Flor Ada
