    Peppa in Space

    Adapted by Reika Chan

    Illustrated by EOne

    Ages 2-6 | 24 Pages

    Publisher: Scholastic | ISBN: 9781338345360

What to expect: Famous friends, space

Peppa, everyone’s favorite British piglet, is going to space! In her imagination, that is. Peppa starts her journey playing with her brother George and his friend. They love outer space and playing pretend.

When Peppa’s parents have an idea to go to the museum and learn all about outer space, Peppa gets nervous. “Will we really have to go to the moon?” Her parents reassure her that no, it is just an exhibit. But when they arrive, the person selling tickets tells them to enjoy their trip to the moon! Oh no, maybe her parents were wrong! Even the exhibits look like the real moon! Will Peppa really be launched into space? Thankfully it is pretend! In true Peppa style, she and her family have a wonderful time learning about the galaxy and have fun with one another.

Complete with a space-tastic sparkly cover and a sheet of fun Peppa stickers, this exciting paperback book is a great gift for little ones who really like rockets, the moon, the stars, or anything out of this world. Peppa has comfortingly low-stakes adventures with lots of fun and smiles along the way that young children will really connect with. And being nervous before a new type of outing, like going to a museum, is something many children struggle with, but Peppa finding a way to have a fun time is a great inspiration!

A perfect book to read before a trip to a museum or while watching coverage of a recent spaceship launch, PEPPA IN SPACE is out-of-this-world fun!
