One of the sweetest things I’ve heard was when my niece was sorting through books for donation and her daughter watched very carefully, making sure she didn’t pull any of the books I had sent for gifts, “No, Mom, those are ‘Aunt Beth’ books!”. It was a reminder of how many memories get attached to books and story time.

My grandmother instilled a love for books in my dad. She was a teacher in the early 1900s. Then my father passed it on to me, me onto my kids, and my kids onto their children. We always love to add a new book to our collection.
