    About the Book

    The Cobbler's Bridge: Book Cover

    The Cobbler’s Bridge

    Written and Illustrated by Marin

    Ages: 5-8 | 32 Pages

    Publisher: Fontreal (2025) | ISBN: 978-1-989661-55-0

Publisher’s Book Summary: A river divides two towns: One with wealthy inhabitants and one with poor folks.

With a selfless Christmas gesture, a little shoemaker takes a step to bridge the divide between people on both sides of the river.

Bridges are nothing but links – the story about a magic cross reminds us gently that all humans are interconnected. Is there a place for goodness in our world? Yes, you may find it in children’s hearts.

They are the fertile grounds for miracles. And hope.

    About the Author/Illustrator

His name is Marin. He marinates his children’s picture books in a creative concoction brewed on the very beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Marin writes and illustrates the stories. He designs the covers, arranges the layout, and publishes the books. If his protagonists require it, he creates new fonts for some titles to make them complete art pieces. His food-for-thought creations contain only natural emotional ingredients, and they cover well the broad spectrum of human feelings. His stories are conversation-starters and perfect for a balanced brain diet.

WARNING: Marin’s books tend to inspire young readers!

Recipient of the Literary Titan Book Award, Wishing Shelf Book Award, and Creative Child Magazine 2025 Picture Book of the Year; 2024 American Book Fest finalist.
