Fantastic Technique For Helping Kids Get Rid Of Emotional Upsets, Negativity and Limiting Beliefs!

Author Jayne Ferreira, states her new book Tapping Away the Blues, “will change your childs life!” Ferreira’s claim comes from years of experience working with families and individuals using a modality known simply as Energy Tapping.

Self-Published BookPress Release—Sep 08, 2010—Family counsellor and Author Jayne Ferreira, announces her recently published children’s book “Tapping Away the Blues” You Have the Power at Your Fingertips!

Ferreira states she wrote the book, “to help spread the amazing tool of energy tapping around the globe and get as many children to learn how to tap as possible” So far she is having success as her book is being read in Australia, South Africa, Nigeria, China, Europe and North America.

Energy Tapping Practioners, Counselors and Healers worldwide are using Ferreira’s book and passing it on to clients (children), friends and family. Her book is slowly being introduced into schools which is where Ferreira’s heart lies. “If we could get this modality into the curriculum, it would save so much stress within a classroom; kids would be calmer, teachers would have more time to teach, rather than settle a class and the children will grow up having a tangible stress busting tool at their fingertips!

She goes on to say that in her experience as a family/individual counselor, energy tapping surpasses any tool or modality that aids in producing cognitive shifts in such a short amount of time! “This tool is also an amazing compliment to traditional therapy” she states, “the client feels empowered having control over his or her own emotions without having to put forth much effort at all.

Ferreira’s first book was written for children and their parents to learn how to apply energy tapping in tough life situations such as; divorce, bullying and public speaking. It includes how to tap away negative emotions, like stress, anxiety and anger and shows how to gain more focus and self esteem. It includes 14 loveable characters and poems that coincide with their issue. There are easy to follow instructions on how to tap and what to say.

You can find “Tapping Away the Blues” at Amazon.com as well as some local bookstores including Indigo Books in Burlington Ontario.
