One of my best unexpected moments of nature delight was an early morning visit to a beach in Florida and encountering a mass sea turtle hatching/release and witnessing their safe scramble to the water.
The story is close to Jack and the Beanstalk and The Pied Piper. This whimsical tale would be fun to read to my youngest grandkids.
