    The Children’s Book Review

Are you ready to read an uplifting story that explores the wonders of books?

Introducing the latest book in the Liv on Life series created by mother-daughter authors Elizabeth and Liv Gorcey. In Read, Read, Read, the pair have crafted a gentle and gratifying tale that couples delightfully with line illustrations—the splashes of soft pastel colors combined with earthy brown and red tones give the story a sense of warmth and softness.

    About the Authors
    Elizabeth and Liv Gorcey

    Elizabeth and Liv Gorcey

Olivia is a proverbial ‘old soul’, who connects with all ages and species. She and her Grandmother spent hours discussing their shared love of books. Olivia has always been an avid reader, keeping stacks of books under the covers to read with a flashlight while everyone else slept. Her love of reading lead naturally to an excitement for writing, and she is a monthly columnist for two magazines–ACT and Story Monsters Ink. She is also the first ‘kid’ book reviewer in the history of Story Monsters Ink. Olivia also writes alongside her mother-author Elizabeth Gorcey-on the children’s book series, Liv On Life. The release of the third book in the series, “Read, Read, and Read”, is slated for May of 2018. The success of the LOL Book Series has led to requests for Olivia to speak to other students about her inspiration and her experiences. Focusing on under priviliged schools and students with less access to the arts, this kid-to-kid connection has proved very successful in elementary and middle schools in South Central Los Angeles.

What an intelligent little girl. So precious. It’s amazing how clear she is on her liked and feelings for one so young. She’s already got her foot in the Literary world. Thanks for sharing the video.

3 sweet books show the qualities one wants for their families including making & keeping friends, going to the park and having fun for a daytime family experience and going to an organic farm and finding out why green veggies make for healthy eating. My six year old grandson and his soon to be born brother will enjoy reading these books. They live near a petting farm that has veggies, fruits, smoothies and flowers plus swings and a sand pit.
